Reflection

Reflection

This shot was taken last weekend whilst walking along the forth-clyde canal.

Its strange how shots can grow on you. When I first reviewed this one, I thought it was a bit dull, but the more I look at it, the more I like it.

I was thinking I maybe could have cropped it to remove the ‘real’ trees and just leave the reflection but wasnt sure.

Anyway let me know what you think.

Feel free to point out the good and the bad.

Its an interesting shot – could the contrast be increased a little? I take it that it was really COLD that morning?

Oh yeah, must have been about -5. The mist is starting to form in the mornings now so hopefully a nice misty moody shot will appear soon.

Aye, this could have a lot more impact if you increase the contrast and perhaps sublty false colour it :)

I’m going to join the ‘increase contrast’ on ths one. The one problem with fall, is that after all the colour is gone…the colour is gone.

Will have a play in photoshop tonight. You may be seeing this photo again next year!
